Mojgan is an experienced entrepreneur with a long-standing history of successfully operating various Preventive Medicine and Anti-Aging business ventures. Possesses 14 years of expertise in aesthetics, product training, and skin specialties, along with certified training in Preventive Functional Medicine.
With years of experience in business ownership and management, she has also acquired extensive training and certifications in skincare products. She has played a key role in the management teams at Milestone Wellness Medical and Quest Center, where she singlehandedly oversaw full operations within the centers.
Sandra has been a Stott Pilates Certified Instructor since 2014. She is a Level One Certified Instructor on all equipment and certified for Mat, Special populations and Barre. She is also certified by ACE as a personal trainer.She is passionate about Pilates and teaching clients to restore natural curves of the spine, relieve tension and enhance self confidence. Sandra is a former competition ballroom dancer and dressage competitor.
